We're looking for a professional with technical expertise that is a cut above the rest as well as the ability to explain technical issues clearly to diverse audiences; consulting experience is strongly preferred. You also will need a passion for learning new skills, technologies and processes.

Reporting to the Field Operations Manager you will join a team of about 12 that includes Engineers with various specialties and Project Managers. You will lead and contribute to engineering teams and, while your primary focus will be on post-sales projects, you'll also be involved in pre-sales activities. The role involves almost no overnight travel.
Projects will involve designing, deploying and maintaining UC, Security, Data Center and Wireless solutions. Don't worry if you don't know all these products; you'll learn them from our world-class team. For the most part projects are relatively short -- perhaps two or three weeks -- and you can expect to have several projects on your plate at any given time. Projects tend to fall into two categories:
As you might expect, your activities will involve design, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and documentation, but just as important will be managing relationships with customers. We'll look to you to instill the trust and satisfaction that leads to ExtraTeam's future involvement in their projects.
